With over 20 years of power sector experience, Russia&USA-trained energy expert Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung specializes in large-scale thermal projects, executive execution, EPCI contract administration, and overall construction management.

Mrs. Hang, formerly a judge of the Court of Ho Chi Minh City, with nearly 20 years of experience as a lawyer and judge, has been involved in many major Vietnamese economic contracts and cases with domestic and foreign partners.
